About Us
From surviving to thriving
Survivor-led Support

We are a survivior-led, not for profit, community interest company.
Our vision is to provide a safe, non judgemental space for those affected by domestic abuse. We offer support and empowerment to those going through abuse, fleeing abuse, recovering from abuse and beyond.
We offer both well established and new and innovative ways to help improve mental health and wellbeing, in a way that is carefully tailored to each individual.
In addition, we offer a range of courses which focus on healthy relationships, establishing boundaries, positive steps forwards, routes into study and many other subjects.

We also manage a food-share in our local area, that benefits those who are affected by domestic abuse but also to the wider community.
Initially developed to help support our clients, it has grown so much, that hundreds of families regular access surplus food from supermarkets, which would otherwise go to landfill.
We have established several recovery pathways, and we are sure, we can help individuals and their families find their own best route to rise up. We engage a number of methods of support, based on experience and learnings, survivor stories, and also those journeys we've been involved with, as a support system.

Constantly evolving to meet the needs of those seeking support in order to thrive.
